Thursday, June 12th, 2008-Rehearsal at the Performing Arts Center at the Tift County High School. Teeny, Tiny, Little, and Junior can drop in anytime between 5:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M. to register and practice onstage.   This is a drop in practice, but you must arrive before 8:00 P.M. The doors will close at 8:00 P.M. Nobody will be allowed to practice after 8:00 P.M. I would plan to arrive early.

Friday, June 13, 2008-3:00 P.M. Pageant begins for Teeny and 7:00 P.M. Pageant begins for Tiny at the Performing Arts Center at the Tift County High School

Saturday, June 14, 2008-4:00 P.M. Pageant begins for Little Miss and 7:00 P.M. for Junior Miss

at the Performing Arts Center at the Tift County High School

Motel Information-Teeny, Tiny, Little, and Junior Miss Contestants must stay at the Holiday Inn. This is mandatory!

Please make reservations now! Teeny, Tiny, Little, and Junior, please make reservations at the Holiday Inn by mailing in or faxing your resevation form. Reservations should be made by May 1st! You can still get a room after this date, but you will have to pay full price.

Sunday, June 22nd, 2008 all queens crowned Breakfast at Holiday Inn at 9:00 A.M.

Thursday, June 19, 2008-11:00 A.M. check in...12:00 noon rehearsal at the Performing Arts Center at the Tift County High School. T-shirts will be given out at rehearsal for you to wear to the Georgia Agrirama. Please come in white shorts or capri's with crown and sash. You can slip on your t-shirt after you arrive at the rehearal. We will also practice the opening number. Please be on time, we will be on a tight schedule.

Please include a self addressed stamped envelope for us to return your ball tickets to you.

Flowers:

If you would like to have flowers sent to the Forestry Pageant for your contestant, we recommend The Flower and Gift Gallery in Tifton. You can call them ahead of time at 229-382-9359. They will deliver the flowers to your daughter at the Theatre on the night of the pageant. You need to let them know the date and time she will be competing.

No hair and makeup vendors will be allowed in the dressing room. All hair and makeup must be done prior to arriving at the pageant.

**IF YOU ARE SCHEDULING HAIR AND MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS, YOU MUST MAKE SURE THE PERSON DOING YOUR HAIR AND MAKUP WILL HAVE YOU READY IN TIME FOR YOUR SCHEDULED PAGEANT***

WE WILL NOT WAIT ON ANYONE THAT IS RUNNING LATE, WE MUST KEEP THE PAGEANT ON SCHEDULE!

PLEASE HAVE HAIR AND MAKEUP DONE PRIOR TO ARRIVING AT THE PAGEANT, NO HAIR OR MAKEUP VENDORS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE DRESSING ROOMS!!

GEORGIA AGRIRAMA-(TEEN AND MISS WILL TOUR, WELCOME RECEPTION FOR TEEN AND MISS) TAKE INTERSTATE I-75 NORTH, GET OFF ON EXIT 63B, TURN LEFT, GO OVER BRIDGE, GEORGIA AGRIRAMA IS DOWN ON YOUR RIGHT.

PERFORMING ARTS CENTER AT THE TIFT COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL-(PLACE FOR PAGEANT TO BE HELD) TAKE INTERSTATE I-75, GET OFF ON EXIT 64, GO SOUTH ON HIGHWAY 41 UNTIL YOU COME TO THE FIRST TRAFFIC LIGHT, YOU WILL TURN LEFT ONTO 20TH STREET AT THIS TRAFFIC LIGHT. STAY ON 20TH STREET UNTIL IT DEAD ENDS,(YOU WILL PASS TIFT REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER). WHEN 20TH STREET DEAD ENDS YOU WILL TURN LEFT AT THE TRAFFIC LIGHT. GO DOWN TO THE FIRST TRAFFIC LIGHT AND TURN RIGHT, YOU WILL GO TO THE END OF THIS ROAD AND THE AUDITORIUM WILL BE ON YOUR LEFT.

UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA CONFERENCE CENTER-(PLACE FOR FORMAL BALL FOR TEEN AND MISS CONTESTANTS)TAKE INTERSTATE I-75 NORTH, GET OFF ON EXIT 64, TURN LEFT ONTO HIGHWAY 41 NORTH, GO UNDER OVERPASS, TAKE THE FIRST ROAD TO THE LEFT AND THE CONFERANCE CENTER WILL BE ON YOUR LEFT. YOU WILL SEE THE HUGE CONFERENCE CENTER TO YOUR LEFT WHEN YOU START TO GET OFF ON EXIT 64.
